Swanwick Lakes: Forest School for families with 2-5 year olds

Join us for a six week Introduction to Forest School programme, allowing your child to explore, discover, create and learn in the woods!
About this Event

10am - 12noon on Friday 9th, 16th, 23rd, 30th January and 6th, 13th February.

You and your child will join our Forest School group for two hours each week over the six week programme, exploring, discovering, constructing, campfire cooking, playing and learning in the Swanwick Lakes woods. Each session will be flexible and based on the needs and interests of the children.

Activities and opportunities are linked to the seasons and our local wildlife, with the use of natural materials, tools and a range of resources available to inspire creativity, independence, resilience and confidence.

Drinks will be provided.

Online booking is essential - bookings close at 1pm on Thursday 8th January.

All participants must wear lots of warm, waterproof clothing, sturdy shoes or boots.
