Zašto odlazimo u potragu za mestom gde možemo biti potpuno prisutni, gde možemo iskusiti mir? Šta pronalazimo kada se udaljimo od posla, porodice, prijatelja i svih zahteva i užurbanosti svakodnevnog života? Pronalazimo svoje telo… svoje telo koje diše… svoje telo koje diše i kreće se… ples…
Tokom ove radionice, posvetićemo pažnju svetosti naše telesnosti. U potpunosti ćemo se usredsrediti na različite delove tela i otkriti kako svaki od njih donosi drugačiji kvalitet pokreta i energije. Plesaćemo punim intenzitetom, a biće i trenutaka za nežno i sporo kretanje. Ponekad ćemo plesati sami, putujući ka unutra; u drugim trenucima, držaćemo prostor i svedočiti drugim svetim telima u pokretu na njihovim putovanjima.

Putovanje pokretne meditacije. Hodočasničko putovanje — samo što je sveto tlo kojim hodamo naš sopstveni fizički i unutrašnji pejzaž.��PREDUSLOVI I SATI�Ovo je radionica koja kombinuje freedomDANCE praksu sa inspiracijom�iz rada samoportreta Ane Halprin.
Nije potrebno prethodno iskustvo u plesu,�meditaciji ili umetnosti, i nema formalnih preduslova za učešće. Ova radionica je priznata kao 13,5 sati�prakse Nivoa 2 (kategorija „Sinteza") za potrebe freedomDANCE obuke za učitelje�i profesionalnog usavršavanja.��Alex Svoboda je osnivač freedomDANCE-a, škole plesne meditacije i svesnog pokreta. Alex nije samo strastveni učitelj, već i obučava druge da dele ovaj rad i sprovodi istraživanja o njegovom uticaju. Do danas je preko 60 ljudi pohađalo freedomDANCE obuku za učitelje. Njegova najnovija knjiga, Action-Oriented Mindfulness, objavljena 2024. godine, istražuje psihologiju koja stoji iza plesne meditacije. Alexova ranija karijera uključivala je istraživačke, menadžerske i trenerske uloge u vodećim organizacijama kao što su McKinsey & Company i London Business School. Njegove najveće inspiracije u oblasti svesnog pokreta bile su Ana Halprin i Gabrijel Rot, kod kojih se direktno obučavao. Aleks deli svoje vreme između Ujedinjenog Kraljevstva i Crne Gore i predaje širom sveta.

Breath is a spirit
Body is our sacred ground
Why do we go away in search of a place where we can be fully present, where we can experience peace?
What do we find when we step back from work, family, friends, and all the demands and busyness of daily life?
We find our body…
our breathing body…
our breathing body that moves…
a dance…
During our time together, we will take time to acknowledge the sacredness of our physicality. We will give full attention to different parts of the body and discover how each of them brings a different quality of movement and energy.
We will dance with full intensity, and there will also be moments to move gently and slowly. Sometimes we will dance alone, journeying inward; at other times, we will hold space and bear witness to other sacred moving bodies on their journeys.
A sacred land.
A sacred time.
A moving meditation journey.
A pilgrimage walk — except the sacred ground we are walking is our own physical and inner terrain.
PRE-REQUISITES AND CREDITS
This is an accessible workshop that combines freedomDANCE practice with inspiration from Anna Halprin’s self-portrait work. No prior experience with dance, meditation, or art is required, and there are no formal prerequisites for participation. However, we recommend that you have at least six hours of prior freedomDANCE practice and have danced at least once with Alex.
This workshop is recognised as 13.5 hours of Level 2 practice (“Synthesis” category) for the purposes of freedomDANCE teacher training and professional development.

Alex Svoboda is the founder of freedomDANCE, a school of dance meditation and conscious movement.
Alex is not only a passionate teacher but also trains others to share this work and conducts research into its impact. Over 60 people have attended the freedomDANCE teacher training to date. His latest book, Action-Oriented Mindfulness, published in 2024, explores the psychology behind dance meditation.
Alex’s earlier career included research, management, and training roles at leading organisations such as McKinsey & Company and London Business School. His greatest inspirations in the conscious movement field have been Anna Halprin and Gabrielle Roth, with whom he trained directly.
Alex divides his time between the UK and Montenegro and teaches internationally.
