SVETLANAS have often been called The Most Dangerous Band in the World thanks to their super intense live performances at such international festivals as Vans Warped Tour (USA), South by Southwest (USA), Punk Rock Bowling (USA), Rebellion Festival (UK) Extreme Fest (FR) and more. While maintaining a 100% DIY attitude, the band has earned praise and respect from such punk and rock heavy hitters like Gene Simmons (Their music will be listened to by 40 millions of Americans.), Jello Biafra (Olga has quite an unusual voice, kind of like an angry cornered mongoose.) and The Adolescents, who they partnered with on a split release titled Hot War.

Vor 30 Jahren wurde im Pomona Valley, Kalifornien, TOTAL CHAOS geboren. Es war der verzweifelte Versuch den sterbenden Punk Rock zu retten. In einer Zeit, in der der Musikmarkt mit anderen kommerzielleren Stilen gesättigt wurde, war es wichtiger denn je, soziale und politischen Themen anzusprechen. Die Idee der sozialen Verantwortung war eine zentrale Motivation der Band und so stand die Musik von TOTAL CHAOS für etwas ein – vom Protest gegen den Golf-Krieg bis zur Organisation von Friedens-Punk-Picknicks. Über die Jahre hat die Band viele Moden kommen und gehen sehen, aber sie blieb ihren ursprünglichen Idealen treu. Egal in welchen Schublade Du einordnet wirst, Pop Punk, Street Punk, Hardcore Punk, Straight Edge, Politische Punk, Goth Punk, Skate Punk, Crust Punk, Metal Punk, TOTAL CHAOS vereint alles in einer Szene: PUNK ROCK!
