About this Event
Celebrating the end of a year of Whisky Masterclasses in our new venue, our resident whisky expert Olivia wanted to round it off in style. A total whisky nut, she has hand selected some of her favourite, rare and under-appreciated whiskies to share with you.
To make the experience more celebratory we will be pairing all of our whiskies with aperitif plates to compliment and contrast against the flavour profiles of the spirits we are enjoying.

Highland Park The Light 17 Year Old: bruschetta, fennel, cavier with vinaigrette
Red Breast 21 Year Old : carrot and mushroom paté with house potato thins
Bunnahabhain Palo Cortado Sherry: cured fish, buratta, beetroot, walnuts, pomegranate & balsamic
Bruichladdich Black Arts 5.1: aburi Wagu with raspberry jelly, croutons & micro herbs
Sullivans Cove Tawny Cask: selection of chocolates
