The Columbus Glass Art Center is rolling out the red carpet to honor the memory of an incredible community leader, Carla Fountaine, by hosting an unveiling of a powerful portrait from local artist, Suzanne Shea Gallagher. Please join us on Friday, August 15th, from 5-8pm for an opening reception with Suzanne, to learn more about her new technique incorporating stained glass into her remarkable portraits. Hosted in partnership with the Columbus Southeast Lions Club and featuring special guest Lavonda Fountaine, Carla's mother, the evening will be a celebration of Carla's impact throughout Columbus and allow all the opportunity to share memories of her life. Open House starts at 5pm
Short Program at 6pm
Studio closes at 8pm

The Columbus Glass Art Center, formerly Glass Axis, has been a working glass art studio since 1987 and is now located at 892 Scott Street in Franklinton.
