This isn’t a generic wellness session. It’s a practical, evidence-informed workshop designed for people like you, doing the hard work of helping others recover in the wake of the fires. Grounded in what’s been shown to work in disasters around the world—and tailored to the fact that your community, your pressures, and your challenges are unique— this session equips you with real tools to support your community while also sustaining yourself and your fellow volunteers/team members.
You don’t have to be burning out to benefit. You don’t have to be vulnerable to show up. Yes, making the time can feel impossible. But we promise a fun, interactive, practically useful session. Those who come always say the same thing: “This was exactly what I needed today.”
