What happens when two local organizers join forces? A perfectly curated event that supports your local community and keeps your wardrobe as organized as your life!

Terrin Marino with Saucha Living and Bri Gonzalez with Rooms2Tailor have carefully curated an elevated experience to help women connect, reduce waste, and support other local femmepreneurs, while staying true to our values & supporting important causes. Here's how:

Limited Tickets Available – Register Early for a Discount!

Special Early Bird Pricing: Register before April 20th to enjoy discounted entry:

$15 entry if you bring 5+ items for donation.

$25 entry if you don’t have items to donate.

Your ticket includes access to the event and 1 refreshing drink voucher for the talented "The Sober Bartender," who will offer a delicious, alcohol-free beverage to complement your experience. After April 18th, tickets will be $20 for donation participants and $30 for those without donations. Limited tickets are available, so act fast!

Seamless Check-In Process

Upon arrival, quickly check in at our welcome table where we’ll assign you to a swap group and provide you with a timeline of events & host rules.

Entry Fee: $15 (with donations) or $25 (without donations). After April 20th, ticket prices increase by $5.

Please bring your own shopping bag(s) to carry your swapped items! This small step is a meaningful part of our commitment to sustainability, reducing plastic waste, and implementing eco-friendly practices.

Clothing for Swap Guidelines

All items for swapping must be gently used, in good condition, and free from holes, tears, stains, or missing buttons/zippers.

All items must be clean and ready for wear. We encourage you to only bring items that you would feel comfortable swapping with others.

All un-swapped items remaining at the end of the event will be donated to Fayetteville Urban Ministries to help those in need in our community.

Guided Swap Experience

Staging items for swapping is a self-guided process. Clear signage will guide you to designated drop-off zones where you can easily sort your donations into labeled clothing racks and tables (e.g., Tops, Bottoms, Dresses, Accessories). A limited amount of hangers will be available on site. Please bring your own hangers as needed.

A structured timeline ensures everyone gets a fair opportunity to swap, with time allocated for browsing and swapping in a relaxed, organized environment.

Your group will be called in an orderly fashion, so you’ll know when it’s your turn to explore and select new treasures!

Mingle & Shop Local

As you swap, enjoy Blissful Alchemist's stunning Boutique Venue, connect with other women, and support local women vendors showcasing their products and services. Fashionistas will also be on site for all your styling needs!

Every ticket purchase helps support HEAL, Holistic - a nonprofit recovery and wellness organization providing prevention services and holistic support for individuals and families impacted by substance use, trauma, mental health challenges, and military-related PTSD.

Info: Rules:
1. Be courteous and chill! (No Grumpy-Gretchens or Selfish-Susan’s will be tolerated)
2. Bring your own shopping bag & hangers for donation items, as needed.
3. No swapping of items until Hosts give the announcement (You may poke and prod, but everything must stay where it is.)
4. You may only have 5 items in hand during your groups first 15 minute swap (This prevents hoarding and forces you to prioritize)
5. Hosts will announce when Final Swap begins (At this time you can hoard as much as your bag and hands can hold)
6. Put anything in the “Safe Zone” you don’t want taken (All clothing not own your body or in your shopping bag will be considered fair game!)
7. Any disagreements will be decided by a coin toss facilitated by the event hosts! (After Terrin & Bri roll their eyes at you!)
8. No messy food/drinks by the clothing! (Keep your greasy paws off my new dress!)
9. HAVE FUN!

Info: Event Timeline:
2:00 -2:45 PM - Welcome! Check in at the table to receive the Swap Rules, Full Itinerary, and your Drink Ticket. You'll have time to stage your donated items (self-guided), browse the event, and enjoy mingling with others. Clear signage and a map will guide you to where to place your donations. Your drink ticket will be good for one mocktail from The Sober Bartender.
2:45 - 3:45 PM - To ensure a fair and enjoyable experience for all, swapping during this time will be in groups. Groups will be called in order, giving everyone a fair chance to explore and choose new treasures!
4:00 PM - Final time, Swap Away! Select as many items as your heart desires. Items those that are not spoken for will be donated to Fayetteville Urban Ministries.
