Welcome to the Sustainable Operations Roundtable for Leadership!

Summary: Over the coming months, Rob McKay of Sherrington Associates and Laura Hothersall of Truth - Building better businesses with Bcorp, will lead a series of leadership insight events, each session focused on a different leadership role discipline. We all know the challenges of balancing profit-led decisions vs hitting sustainability goals and commitments, yet we also know that the two don't have to be mutually exclusive. In a series of exclusive, invite-only roundtable events, Laura and Rob will host leaders from different job disciplines (including Operations, HR, Finance, Sales and Marketing) to unpack what sustainable leadership really means in the context of their work.

Before the session: We will ask you to complete a complimentary 4A Self-Assessment to evaluate your personal potential for sustainable leadership. Once completed, you’ll receive a personalised report highlighting your individual strengths for achieving sustainability in your role as an operations leader. At the session you’ll explore your results with other operations leaders who are equally motivated to develop their strengths as a sustainable leader.
