Welcome to the first session of the WAHN Education Series!
Minnesota WAHN's new Education Committee presents a panel discussing Sustainable Performance Pathways For Affordable Housing. Join us at Greiner Construction on November 13, 2025 for networking and an insightful discussion led by Stacy Glovka of Greiner Construction and Nick Conniff of Kaas Wilson Architects. The panel will share information about complying with enhanced sustainability requirements and incremental costs in affordable housing construction. Leave with a better understanding of the different pathways, funder priorities, and distinguishing what will best serve your development.
