(CAPT U.S. Public Health Service), Director of the Center for Substance Abuse Prevention (CSAP) and Acting Director of the Center for Behavioral Health Statistics and Quality (CBHSQ). Jones brings a wealth of experience to SAMHSA having led substance use, mental health, and injury and violence prevention policy, program, and research activities for more than a decade.

Dr. William Clark, a highly regarded expert in nonprofit sustainability, fundraising, and leadership development. Dr. Clark, CEO of Eli Patrick & Co. based in Hartford, brings a wealth of experience from his work with nonprofits, guiding them toward long-term sustainability and a meaningful community impact.
