About the organizers:
The City of Greensboro's Office of Sustainability and Resilience (OSR) is dedicated to integrating sustainable practices into daily life while balancing economic, environmental, and social priorities. The OSR Team primarily focuses on implementing the City's Strategic Energy Plan, offering educational programming, and fostering community partnerships to promote sustainability initiatives.
Piedmont Environmental Alliance works directly with the community to address environmental and health issues, and build a more just, resilient, and sustainable Triad. PEA uses a people-centered, relational approach to convene broad-based coalitions, deliver environmental education programs, and lead advocacy campaigns addressing climate change, the green economy, and environmental justice.
