Sussex Wildlife Trust is pleased to host a hybrid AGM this year. Members are required to register in advance for this event.
Our Annual General Meeting (AGM) is open to all members and takes place every year to discuss key events and topics involving Sussex Wildlife Trust from the past year. The meeting is also a chance to look forward to the Trust's plans for the coming year.
Live stream
There will be a live broadcast of the meeting shared privately with those who register. A recording of the meeting will also be availalbe on our website, following the AGM. Please note, members watching via live stream will not be able to vote on the day (see voting).

Lunch
If you would like to join us for a members only buffet lunch after the AGM, please let us know at checkout. Booking is essential to reserve your complimentary lunch. Please let us know of any dietary or access requirements so that we can accomodate you.

Questions
From 10 October 2025, members may submit written questions about items on the agenda to be addressed at the meeting. Questions should be emailed to [email protected] no later than 31 October 2025. Time permitting, there may be opportunity to take additional questions from the floor on the day.
Voting by Proxy
If you cannot attend the AGM and would like to vote, members are able to appoint a proxy to attend, speak and vote at the AGM in their place. A proxy does not need to be a member but must vote according to the instructions given by the appointer. Completed Proxy Notices must be received 14 days before the meeting; they should be sent in the post to Woods Mill, Small Dole, Henfield, BN5 9SD.
Parking and Travel
Pay & Display parking is available in and around Shoreham town centre. Shoreham railway station is less than ten minutes’ walk away and there are regular buses into the area; please arrive by public transport if you can. For further travel information please see www.traveline.info
