An annual event where recorders from Sussex and surrounding areas come together to enjoy a day of talks about biological recording.
About this Event

The Sussex Biological Recorder’s Seminar is one of the highlights of the biological recording year across our two counties. Over 250 wildlife enthusiasts from Sussex and surrounding areas come together to enjoy a day of talks about biological recording from a local and national perspective. Everyone is welcome, from budding enthusiasts to seasoned recorders. The day is a great opportunity to meet likeminded folk and feel inspired by the amazing contributions to biological recording in Sussex.

In addition to a programme of fascinating talks, groups and recording schemes are welcome to bring a display stand to showcase their projects. This is a great way to find out how you can get involved with local community groups and network with other recording groups.

There will also be an opportunity to pitch your project and appeal for help in our open mic session, more details will be given on the day.

Please note, due to the popularity of this event you will need to book in advance and we cannot admit people without tickets on the day.

We look forward to welcoming you in February!
