Suspended in Sound – Winter Solstice Edition
Float into stillness this season with Suspended in Sound — a 360° immersive sound bath experience where waves of live sound wash over and around you as you rest weightlessly in an aerial hammock.
Allow yourself to drift into deep relaxation as I move intuitively through the space, working both above and below each participant with instruments from around the world that emit soothing frequencies and vibrations. These therapeutic sounds gently release tension, calm the mind, and guide you inward — creating a sense of balance, expansion, and grounded serenity during the busy holiday season.

• Session Times:
🕐 1:30 PM – Sold Out DM me
🕞 3:15 PM – Sold Out
• Capacity: 10 hammocks per session
• Facilitator: Erin Barnes, Certified Sound Therapy Practitioner & Founder of Sound Haven Wellness
• Assistance: A professional aerialist will be present to help anyone in and out of the hammocks. Each hammock supports up to 400 lbs.
You’re welcome to bring a small pillow and light blanket for added comfort. No recordings — every experience is live, dynamic, and one-of-a-kind.
