What to expect:
We begin with a short intention-setting and guided breath to help you arrive fully in the moment. As you float suspended, sound flows dynamically around and through you, creating a meditative and transformative experience. A moment of sacred silence concludes the session, allowing the echoes of sound to integrate fully.
