Gently cocooned in aerial silks, you’ll float as therapeutic sound waves wash through your body and mind, inviting deep release and grounding during this season of change.
The immersive vibrations carefully curated instruments create a journey that is both meditative and transformative. We’ll begin with intention-setting and guided breathwork to help you fully arrive in the moment. A closing moment of silence allows the echoes of sound to integrate, leaving you renewed and deeply centered.
