Join the IU Alumni Association South Bend Region for a private sushi making demonstration and tasting presented by the chefs at Woochi Japanese Fusion & Bar. Enjoy a demonstration on the art of making the perfect sushi roll and receive a sample from each roll made, along with appetizers, three sake pairings, and dessert. A cash bar will be available.In addition to these tasty treats, IU South Bend Senior Lecturer Yoshiko Okada Green will speak about the Japanese culture at 5:45 pm and share a brief history related to sushi and sake before the tasting begins.
