The sauce boss taught us plenty of details about getting & spices, none of which I had known previously despite many episodes of Hell's kitchen and Iron chef. He's also very experienced and happy to talk about his cooking career! The food we made was delicious, of course. Highly recommend classes with Chef Malik.
