Have you wanted to make your own sushi? Join us for all the tips, tricks, and recipes to being able to make sushi at home! We will provide all the ingredients and tools for you to make as many rolls as you can eat.
Menu: make your own sushi with vegetables, cream cheese, avocado, spicy mayo, crab, shrimp tempura, smoked salmon and more
*No raw fish will be served in this class
Techniques:
-Sushi Rice preparation and cooking
-How to roll and shape a variety of sushi rolls
-Common sauces and condiments
* Class must have 4 participants otherwise may be canceled.
What if I have a food allergy? We will do our best to accommodate food allergies, but we cannot change class menus or guarantee that those with diet restrictions will be able to eat everything made during class. Cancellation Policy? All classes have a 48 Hour cancellation policy, You must email [email protected] to cancel an existing reservation. If you cancel within 48 hours, you are responsible for paying for the class.
Should I eat before class? All classes you will get to eat what you prepare, so plan on a meal at the end of class.
