👨🍳 About Chef Masahiro Kan
Osaka-born Chef Masahiro Kan left a corporate path to pursue culinary passion — a journey that carried him from Panama to Japan to Thailand. Today, he is acclaimed for his “fusion with intention” philosophy, blending the minimalist beauty of Edomae sushi with the vibrant aromatics of Thai cuisine.
His HEN-THAI SUSHI pop-up at Counter Culture featured an exclusive 24-course omakase and quickly became one of Bangkok’s most talked-about culinary experiences.
This workshop continues that creative momentum — celebrating craftsmanship, locality, and bold cross-cultural flavors.
