About this Event
Join us at our LAUNCH CLASS, Sushi is EVERYTHING!!!!! where you will learn to make delicious sushi rolls. This class is hosted by Blackbox Kitchen and The Hallway Tap & Brew. Chef Taciana will guide you through the skills to create sushi that will change your take out game. Whether you're a sushi enthusiast or just looking to enjoy a new experience, this event is perfect for you. You will prepare a roll that is exceptional for the raw sushi and cooked sushi lover. Chef Taciana will provide instruction step by step of rice making, inside out, and reverse rolls. You will also be rewarded with a Welcome Pour/Beverage and Edamame Gyoza Steamed Dumplings to accompany your sushi boat!
The Hallway Tap and Brew is located in Downtown Hollywood Florida. Come and join this hands on experience with us and your instructor Chef Taciana.

Everything Salmon & Lox Roll
sushi rice, nori, smoked salmon, cream cheese, cucumber, scallions & everything bagel seasoning
Shrimp & Avocado Slaw Roll
sushi rice, nori, cooked shrimp, cabbage slaw, cucumber & avocado
