Come join us for a fun and interactive sushi-making class with Great Wave! Learn the art of sushi rolling and create delicious rolls. This in-person event will take place at Goodfire Brewing Co. Over the course of this 2 hour class you will learn proper knife techniques, sushi rolling and recipe creations. I will show you how to make 5 different types of sushi rolls followed by 1 hand roll.
