Buckle up people… this is a lot of information. 😅But it is because the Susan’s Mission Christmas Classic has grown into something truly incredible bigger louder and more joyful every single year.
This year we are hosting 23 teams including several who are driving over four hours just to be here. This event has become something athletes and families talk about all year long and we work hard to make it a place everyone feels welcomed included and celebrated.
And here is something important to know:
👉 We do not charge the teams to participate
👉 We do not charge admission at the door
👉 We do not charge our athletes any fees uniforms sports or tournaments
Everything we do is supported through fundraising donations sponsors and the heart of our community.
With more than 400 athletes and coaches coming through the doors we are once again asking our amazing community for help to keep this event running smoothly.
🛒 DONATIONS NEEDED
To help us feed athletes and stock concessions we are collecting:
• 12 to 13 boxes of single serve chips
• 34 twelve packs of pop Coke Diet Coke Sprite
• 10 cases of bottled water
• 10 to 12 packs of Gatorade any flavor
• 6 to 7 cases of candy a mix of chocolate and chewy like Starburst Skittles etc

Anything not collected through donations comes out of our program funding so every contribution truly helps.
🕒 VOLUNTEERS WELCOME
We would love extra hands from the community to help during the event or even during Friday night setup.
We can sign off on
✔ Community service hours
✔ Student volunteer hours
✔ Club or workplace volunteer hours
