Flow effortlessly through the poses riding the wave of the breath as you dive into an integrated sequence of yoga poses (asanas), dynamic breath-work, satsang (dharma inspirations), mantra and moving meditations.
RADIANT FLOW
Radiant Flow is a graceful flow-based style of Yoga based on a synthesis of teachings inspired by the the traditional roots of Vinyasa and Simon's extensive studies with the Los Angeles based School of Prana Flow.
Experience the fusion of profound stillness and intelligent movement as you infuse your Yoga with the liberating teachings of movement based practices.
