About this Event
Hindu Swayamsevak Sangh USA (HSS) is celebrating 15th annual "Health for Humanity Yogathon" or "Surya Namaskar Yajna". This 16-day event (January 16th - January 30th) aims to create awareness about Yoga and its advantages in achieving a healthy body, mind, and spirit. Surya Namaskar integrates simple Yoga postures in 10-steps that, along with easy breathing technique, can provide immense health benefits to both the body and the mind.
To mark this occasion, Carmel Chapter of HSS, USA is organizing a Yogathon (Surya Namaskar Marathon) on Sunday Jan 30th, 2022@9:30am. Please join with whole family as we have a fun filled YOGA activities planned for all age groups.
City of Carmel proclaimed Sunday, Jan 30th 2022 as the Health for Humanity Yogathon Day.
