**WE RESERVE THE RIGHT TO RE-RATE ANY BOWLER**
Lightning Strikes uses a TOURNAMENT AVERAGE for ALL of our Ten Pin Handicap Events. Tournament Averages are calculated on 10 games of Ten Pin Tournaments and fluctuate up or down after each consecutive Ten Pin Tournament.
Once a Tournament Average is determined, there will be a DROP PIN RULE of 10 Pins. If the Bowlers highest average (DETERMINED BELOW) is 10 or more pins higher than the Tournament Average, we will apply the DROP PIN RULE and deduct 10 pins from their DETERMINED AVERAGE.
If a bowler DOES NOT have a TOURNAMENT AVERAGE, we will use the following guidelines to determine their average: (DETERMINED AVERAGE)
1.) HIGHEST 2023/24 LEAGUE AVG. with at least 21 or more games.
2.) HIGHEST 2022/23 League Average of 21 or more games.
3.) If none of the above, Bowler will be assigned a Scratch Average of 235.
If a Bowler is OFFICIALLY RE-RATED by the Center, the rerated average will be used.

FORMAT:
Bowlers will bowl 4 QUALIFYING games, moving pairs after each game.
CUT #1 consists of the top 50% of bowlers from the QUALIFYING ROUND. (Pin fall DOES NOT carry over). Bowlers will bowl 1 game.
CUT #2 consists of the top 50% of bowlers from CUT #1. (Pin fall DOES NOT carry over). Bowlers will bowl 1 game.
FINAL ROUND consists of the top 50% of bowlers from CUT #2. (Pin fall DOES NOT carry over). Bowlers will bowl 1 game to determine the FINAL STANDINGS!
ALL SIDE POTS WILL BE USING THE QUALIFYING GAMES 1-4
