GriefShare's Surviving the Holidays is a 2.5 hour event that will start with a boxed lunch, followed by the seminar which will include a relatable 35 minute video that shares tips for surviving the holidays from real life people that have been where you are, small group discussions, and a Holiday Survival Guide full of tips on how to navigate the season, including coping with painful emotions, handling social events and traditions, and more.Walk-ins are welcome, but RSVPing in advance can help us to ensure we have enough supplies for everyone.
