GriefShare's "Surviving the Holidays" is a 1.5-hour, single-session seminar designed to help individuals cope with grief during the holiday season. It provides a supportive environment, a video with practical tips and real-life stories, a Holiday Survival Guide, and the opportunity for small-group discussion with others who understand the challenges of grief after a loved one's death. The event aims to offer hope and strategies for navigating the season and does not require participation in the weekly GriefShare program. This is free and open to the public.
