In HR, we know that awareness and preparation make all the difference. We are offering this program with Blue-U, as an opportunity to learn more about how to respond to incidents of violence, both in the workplace and at large. During this live training, the primary focus will be on the “Life or Death Gap” and 'making good decisions in fractions of a second.' This workshop will cover Practical Personal Defense designed to help you prepare for an incident of violence primarily through awareness, avoidance, and mental strength building. This material includes 100% practical, highly effective tactics and techniques that do not require practice or thought training and can be shared with your employees.
In this 2-hour training Blue U Defense will cover the mindset required to win and go home as well as the tactical aspect of surviving if the unthinkable happens.
