About this Event
Sarah Southerland, Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation
The social media space is saturated, and it’s becoming increasingly difficult to find creative ways to deliver brand messaging. The landscape is ever-changing, and the trail isn’t always clear—how do we find the best direction for our brands? In this presentation, we’ll explore creative workflows, content management strategies, and personable approaches to riding out the social media challenges ahead. Together, we’ll survive social media.
Sarah Southerland is an Oklahomie and graduate of the University of Central Oklahoma, where she studied professional media and photographic arts. For the past five years, she has enjoyed working for the Oklahoma Department of Wildlife Conservation as a communication specialist and social media coordinator. Through viral memes, bears, badgers, and buffalo fishes - she has learned SO MUCH all while trying to educate fellow outdoor enthusiasts along the way.
