About this Event
Survival to Serenity: Women of Color’s Wellness in Trying Times
Event Description
Life has demanded so much from us, especially as women of color who often carry it all. Between survival mode, burnout, and constant pressure to “keep going,” it can be hard to find space to breathe, heal, and simply be.
Survival to Serenity is an intimate wellness experience created to help you slow down, reconnect with yourself, and learn sustainable practices for peace.
Join us for a powerful afternoon of healing, grounding, and community featuring a sound bath, somatic yoga, and a panel discussion exploring how we can move beyond survival mode and build wellness habits that truly last.
Together, we’ll explore what it means to not just survive but to thrive with intention, balance, and serenity.
