This 37.5 hour course continues our Survival Chinese series and covers more common used vocabulary and sentence patterns as well as conversational practice. In this class the instructor incorporates recorded materials to enhance comprehension and introduces a variety of topics and social situations. Minimum prerequisites: Survival Chinese I or completed approximately 35-40 hours of language instruction. Course materials included.Classes are twice a week, Monday and Wednesday on: Sep 8, 10, 1, 17, 22, 24, 29, Oct 1, 15, 20, 22, 27, 29, Nov 3, 5, 10, 12, 17, 19, 24, 26, Dec 1, 3, 8, 10.
No class on Oct 6, 8, 13.
Last day of the course: Dec 10.

Founded in 1985, the Community Services Center is a non-profit organization committed to supporting Taiwan's international and third-culture community in navigating the emotional, cultural, and practical adjustments of life in Taiwan through counseling, education, and community resources. As a licensed mental health counseling center, we provide professional counseling services in both English and Chinese. Beyond counseling, we offer a variety of programs and events, including cooking classes, Chinese language courses, tours, and cultural workshops—all designed to help you feel at home in Taiwan.
