Surrey Rockhound Club Annual Auction! May 28th - Doors open at 6pm, Auction starts at 7pm
Come one, come all to the Surrey Rockhound Club Auction on Wednesday, May 28th!
We are at: The basement of Sullivan Community Hall.
6306 - 152nd Street, Surrey.
We will have a snack food table, tea, and coffee set up and you’ll have a bit of time to look over the items to bid on.
*Bring cash to bid on all the wonderful rock related items on the board.
*Remember to bring a box or bag for your winnings.
How the Auction Works:
-We’ll start at 7pm. Find yourself a seat.
-Helpers will bring the rocks around to show
-Raise your hand high when you want to bid
-When you win a bid, go to the pay station. Your item will be there. Pay and take it back to your seat.
-Please go around the back of the room when you move to and from the pay station.
