Surrey Beer Festival - Godalming 2023 - 15th, 16th

After the success of last year's event, we'll be returning to a field near you this September, along with even more beer, cider, gin and music.

You can expect Andy's choice beer selections (highly praised by certain CAMRA aficionados last year), even more entertainment across the weekend from some of Surrey's best bands and DJs, plus some special guests.

We'll have an even wider selection of great food, and lots more to keep the kids entertained.

Brought to you by the people behind The Star public house and Staycation Live Festival, you're guaranteed a brilliant drinks selection, excellent music and the most fun you've had with a half-pint glass in your hand.

We'll be kicking things off on the Friday night, with sessions across Saturday and Sunday too, and this year you'll be able to secure your tickets for an all-day Saturday session, and event an all-weekend special.

This year we're beginning proceedings with the opening show on Friday night, with the same sessions on Saturday and Sunday as last year, but this year you can bag an all-day ticket for the Saturday, and even a ticket for the whole weekend. Which one are you going for?

There'll still be plenty of beer to try, and we'll have some amazing local DJs spinning the best party tunes. There'll be the same great food selection, and we'll be getting into the swing of things after the afternoon session.

The sun will be shining, the beer will be cold, we'll have some chilled out music to relax and enjoy the festival to, and whether you want real ale, craft beer, traditional cider or something from our extensive gin bar, our Saturday session is for you.

Come and party like only Godalming knows how. Bringing the vibe of the town's other favourite festival, Staycation Live, we'll have live music, games and, you guessed it, the best selection of beer, cider and gin the town has ever seen.

Terrible at making decisions? Then why not enjoy both sessions with our all-day ticket? Avoid kicking out time in between sessions with a special wristband that'll give you access to the festival for the whole day

Come and drink the bar dry in our final session of the weekend. Join us for a lazy afternoon get-together, with all the friends you don't know you've made yet. There'll be beer, there'll be food, there'll be music and there'll be lots of fun!

If you really don't want to miss a thing, then why not come and sample every session? Or at least drop in and out as you fancy? Our weekend ticket will give you access to the festival across all sessions with fast-track access.

We'll have a great selection of street food available over the weekend, with something for everyone. Whether you like your hog roasted, or you're after some plant-based goodness, we'll have something for you.

Don't forget, as well as (at least!) 50 cask ales, we'll have something for everyone over the weekend.

We'll have an amazing selection of some of the UK's best craft beers, as well as some from further afield.

The Star has one of the best Gin selections around, and we'll be bringing a good part of it to the Burys field.

We know cider as well as we know beer (possibly more!), and we'll be showing some of it off at the festival. Come and visit our beautiful horsebox bar and try a glass or two.

Want something to do while you enjoy a beer with friends? We'll have all sorts of fun and games to keep you and the kids entertained over the weekend.

Kids are welcome to attend the Saturday and Sunday afternoon sessions, and they can come in for free. Just make sure you also add one of the free kid's tickets per child. Kids tickets are for Under 16s only.

We'll have plenty to keep them entertained, and a range of kid-friendly soft drinks for them too.

All evening sessions are adults only, so please don't arrive with your kids or you'll be refused entry.
