✨ What is Surrendered Leadership?
In Surrendered Leadership, we explore connection as it is — here and now. It’s an ongoing discovery of self (and beyond the self) within the living web of relationship.
Built on the foundations of Circling, this paradigm expands into a wider field of awareness. It offers a space to uncover your deepest truth moment by moment — and give that truth the expression it longs for.
Throughout the weekend, you’ll be continuously invited into presence: to surrender to what’s arising while taking self-leadership. There is no predetermined goal — rather, we co-create the unfolding through group intelligence and relational depth.
🌊 Why practice this?
In a world of increasing complexity, we need embodied ways to connect with our truth from moment to moment — to listen inwardly and know our next step from that place.
This practice develops self-awareness, deep presence, and the ability to stay open in connection. Within the challenge of not knowing, we discover our habitual patterns and the deeper truths beneath them — bringing this awareness into relationship and daily life.

💠 Who is this for?
This immersion is for those with some experience in self-awareness or relational practices — such as meditation, embodiment, tantra, Circling, or Authentic Relating.
It invites a willingness to meet what is here, including challenge, emotion, and vulnerability. We explore multiple polarities — independence & interdependence, chaos & order, agreement & disagreement — discovering the unity beneath them.
Participants are invited to take self-responsibility, express boundaries and desires, and practice self-care within a field of shared truth.
🌀 The structure
Each day will be shaped by what’s alive in the group field. The weekend includes full-group circles, paired explorations, and small-group exercises designed to deepen your capacity for presence and relational intelligence.
💫 About Martje Witzel
Martje is a transformational coach, group leader, and mystical artist based in Europe. For over two decades she has woven embodiment, soul work, ritual, trauma integration, and relational arts to craft spaces of depth, honesty, and connection.
Intensively trained by Transformational Connection (formerly Circling Europe), she leads groups across Europe and currently serves as the resident leader of the Transformational Connection Hub in Portugal.
Martje brings a gentle fierceness and an invitation for full embodied expression — allowing hidden patterns to surface and life’s wild intelligence to move through.
