Come celebrate Surf Salutations’ first birthday with us at the studio! 🎉 We’ve got an exciting day planned with fun activities, special classes, and surprises to thank you for an amazing year of movement and community.
What to expect:
SILENT DISCO MOVEMENT classes! It's going to be a PARTY on your mat!
- 8:00 AM - SILENT DISCO POWER VINYASA YOGA
- 9:00 AM - SILENT DISCO SCULPT
- 10:15 AM - SILENT DISCO STRENGTH 2.0**!
**Exciting news -- we’re revamping our strength classes to bring you even more dynamic, effective, and engaging workouts that help you feel empowered and strong! You no longer need shoes for Strength and you will need your yoga mat!
Silent Disco classes are free for members or $15 to drop in. If you aren't a member, you can sign up via our schedule page and pay the $15 special drop in rate, or opt to use a class pack credit.

- Keep Sacred will be joining us for Affirmation Readings after class!
