The session, delivered by our Student Wellbeing and Inclusivity team, offers a welcoming space to explore personal experiences, cultural perspectives, and common barriers to seeking support. Through interactive polls, myth-busting discussions, and practical self-care strategies, you will be able to gain valuable insights into the services available to students at Essex and how to access them.

This workshop is open to all students but would also be particularly beneficial training for Peer Mentors
