This practical seminar presented by Relationships Australia aims to help parents learn about the impact that studying can have on wellbeing and wellbeing can have on studying.
As a parent, you will uncover ways to support your teens in senior high school including study hacks and self-care strategies, as well as exploring the importance of sleep, diet and exercise on the brain.
Suitable for parents, carers and family members supporting teens through the HSC.
