Featuring Kate Green, a leader in reducing homelessness across the region through her work with federal grants and the Continuum of Care, and Greg Ranney, director of the Pekin Outreach Initiative in Tazewell County, who works to unite the community in feeding the hungry, preventing homelessness, and supporting those experiencing housing crises. Learn about the root causes, impacts, and actionable solutions to address unhoused populations, and discover ways to foster empathy and collaboration for lasting change.
