This information workshop is for any adult who is involved in supporting someone who is struggling with their mental health.
About this Event

upporting someone who is experiencing challenges with their mental health can sometimes come with complicated feelings.

This information workshop is for any adult who is involved in supporting someone who is at risk of suicide, whether that’s a partner, child, parent, sibling, friend or colleague. We’ll talk about and practice skills for self care and safety, as well as offer a space to meet others in similar situations.

You can attend in person or join remotely. You can just come along to the session on the night, or grab a ticket to book ahead.

The focus of this workshop will be self-care, and coping with stress and worry.
