$\u201cSupporting My Neurodivergent Child\u201d: A taster session for parent carers of autistic\/ADHD children$

Are you parenting an autistic and/or ADHD (and otherwise neurodivergent) child or young person (7-18 years) and wondering how best to support them? Maybe you’re just beginning to explore what neurodivergence means — and looking for guidance that feels affirming, not overwhelming.
This small, in-person taster session offers a welcoming space to reflect, ask questions, and connect with other parents and carers. No previous experience with therapists or services is needed — just a willingness to learn with openness and care.
During the session, we’ll:
💜Share a gentle introduction and grounding together
💜Reflect on the messages we’ve received about autism and ADHD
💜Explore what your child might truly need more of
💜Hear from some of my own experiences as a neurodivergent therapist working extensively with neurodivergent children and young people
💜Close with space for questions, shared insights, and future possibilities
This session also introduces a parent carer group coaching space launching later this year, shaped by your needs and feedback. Workshop attendees will be able to sign up to join this, on the day.
You’re welcome to participate in whatever way feels right — listening, writing, sharing, or observing.
All of my services are LGBTQIA+ and gender non-conforming inclusive.
Whilst limited, there will be some Green Bottle Sliding Scale Method accessible fees available at £30 per person. However, these are reserved for people who fall within the 'Green Bottle Low' end of the Sliding Scale (check out relevant page on my website for more information on this).
