Supporting Loved Ones with Mental Illness

Does someone you love suffer with a mental health condition? Are you struggling to support them? Are you feeling lost or frustrated in navigating health services?

In this course students will be able to

- Begin to understand common mental health conditions

- Have the opportunity to hear from lived experience of caring for loved ones who have struggled with mental illness about the journey of recovery

- Guidance in navigating crisis services

- Made aware of support for carers both within NHFT and the community
