Karen will guide guests through this 4-part series touching on the process, steps, and tools of transitoning through the journey from Independent Living and into higher levels of care as your memory changes.
On February 19th, Session 1 of this interactive series, "Supporting independence in daily life when memory is changing" will highlight signs of changing memory, understanding the supports available, and caring techniques for supporting yourself or your loved one during change.
This FREE event is open to individuals looking to plan ahead, currently experiencing steps of this journey, or simply curious about learning more.
