The dark winter months can feel oppressive as we spend more time indoors. Our decreasing vitamin D levels after the summer can contribute to a lowered immune system leaving us prone to colds and other seasonal bugs. Add to that to our hectic lifestyles and it is easy to see how we can start to feel depleted of energy and vitality.
Laura Walker, Wild Oats’ in-house Nutritional Therapist will be sharing her top tips for nurturing the whole family and staying healthy this winter.
During this talk, you will learn about:

- Vitamins and minerals to boost immune health.
- The relationship between gut health and immunity.
- Lifestyle tips to help aid sleep and help to cope with daily stresses.
- Everyday herbs and spices that are beneficial for immune health.
- Winter wellness supplement advice.
