This module will cover the development of children’s understanding of language, information carrying words and the Blank Language Scheme.
About this Event

This session will be delivered by Speech and Language Therapists and Speech and Language Advisors.

Audience: EYFS practitioners in all Early Years Settings and KS1 teams.

Aims of the session include:

To have a greater knowledge of children’s understanding of language
An overview of Information Carrying Words and Blank Level Questions, how to assess, support and implement into practise
To increase confidence in using practical strategies in supporting children’s understanding of language
