About this Event
Course Overview
There isn’t a leader anywhere who hasn’t been leading continuous change since 2020.
This workshop will be an opportunity to consider some of the impacts of significant organisational change and offer practical tools for keeping things moving in the right direction and working with ‘resistance’ to change. Having thought about some of the potential impacts of change on teams, we will use a practical planning tool for plotting a path for innovation (future planning).
Learning Outcomes
By the end of this workshop, you will:
- Have tried out some new ways of thinking about, and understanding, change and considered them in relation to a real change being planned/underway in your organisation.
- Understand the difference between technical and adaptive change, so that you are clearer about the change that you are leading.
- Worked with the Three Horizons framework, a practical tool for thinking about innovation in your organisation.
