About this Event

Chicago Therapy Collective, Howard Brown Health, and Taskforce have partnered via the Trans Accountability Project (TAP) to create this 90 minute training, which focuses on 6 best practices that can help your workplace become more welcoming and inclusive of Black and Latina Women of Trans Experience. Attendees will leave the training with clear, action items as well as better understanding of the experiences of Black and Latina Women of Trans Experience in the workplace.

The Trans Accountability Project was funded by the Chicago Department of Public Health and created in March of 2019 to directly address the health, overall wellness, employment as well as safety concerns of Black and Latina trans women and to provide responses and solutions to the issues that many trans women within the community face on a generational basis.
