Join instructor Betty Amatangelo on Wednesdays at 9:30am for Supported Yoga Movement and Meditation. This yoga class was created with the more mature student in mind. Using props like the wall, folding chairs, music and literature, students will be guided through a flow of postures that will improve balance, strength, flexibility and present moment awareness (mindfulness). Students will leave with an understanding of how to apply what they experienced in class to their daily lives.$15 per class, or 4 classes for $45
