This event is open to all interested in learning more about the foundations of yoga asanas.We will gather to gain a deeper grasp of the tools for physical asana alignment that we may often overlook. This is a workshop for teachers and students alike who want to deepen their understanding of the foundational yoga asanas that make up our poses in any given class.
Whether you have been practicing yoga for one year or teaching for a decade, there is a guarantee you will take a new tool home while embracing our favorite poses from a different angle and potentially using a prop you've never used before!
