Our monthly support meeting in Reading is on Monday 13th October 2025 at 7.30pm.
You are warmly invited to join us for a soothing session of gentle guided movement and meditation with Helka Harju from the Institute of Pranic Healing UK & Ireland. Together, we’ll create a safe and peaceful space to ease stress, gently lift the mind, and nurture a sense of calm and clarity.
The session also includes the opportunity to receive an optional, complimentary 10-minute Pranic Therapy treatment.
Pranic Therapy is based on the principle that the body has the ability to heal itself and relies on life force energy for physical and emotional health. It is a non-touch, no drug, non-invasive, energy healing modality. This complementary therapy works alongside conventional medical treatments. Pranic Therapy offers a system of energetic techniques that support both physical and psychological health to leave you feeling lighter, more balanced, and refreshed.
